I am Chris, and would like to know, 'How do I make a .mysql file?'

make a text file and rename it mydatabase.sql or w/e

or export an existing database in SQL format and that will create a file for you

Im not really an uber fan tbh, i dont fully understand what you are wanting to achieve as the description is a little brief?
What are you intending to do with the .sql file? import it to phpmyadmin?

1.) Open PHPMyAdmin
Search google for "uberdb.sql"
Download it
Open PMA again
Create a database called "uberDB" - import - open the uberDB.sql file and then upload

Search for a uber emulator with a database file in it it might be called Holodb.sql and upload that one on phpmyadmin
