[HELP]Setting Up Butterfly CMS

I recently got Butterfly CMS, if you don't know what that is, it's what the LATE habbo.vg used as their CMS. I believe it was developed by martinmine, just like ButterflyEMU. But I am not very familiar with ASP.NET and would like someone to help me set it up.

Not many people in the retro community are familiar with ASP.NET, also - that CMS isn't written in ASP.NET; it contains PHP.

Oh woops. On RZ, it says ASP.NET CMS. Alright. Well I'll figure it out.
