Could anybody please help me set up a RevCMS r63 retro onto my newly purchased virtual private server.

Step one: Download Xampp
Step two: Download a mysql connector
Step three: Download a CMS
Step four: Download a Phoenix EMU
Step five: Download a R63 Folder (SWF Pack)
Step six: Setup your database and put in a database sql
