GTA SA [Help] SA-MP Error [Help]

Hi, I am new to this whole SA-MP (San Andreas Multi-Player) Thing, But i want to try it.. When i connect to Servers it says Cannot connect then Re-freshing, It's always like that any Help?

This is mainly due to samp client updates Etc Re-Download the new client
