HELP! Room Backgrounds

Hi I was wondering is someone could explain to me how to add the custom room backgrounds such as this one.

You download the images, from possible posts about public rooms, make sure the images are in your c_images folder. Then you place down room backgrounds and you link the image from your c_images onto the room background

Spoiler: looks like this

You must be registered for see images attach

your hotel link has to have a https:// unless you edit these in your emulator.
