[Help Request] Mod Tool Userinfo isn`t working/updating [Help Request]

Hey devbest need some assistants here. I own a r63 Habbo Retro run by GTE emulator and using revcms. On the client I noticed that my Mod Tool [User Info] Option doesn`t update it just stays blank and that's it. Doesn`t show registered ip/date and other info. If someone could help me with a fix, would mean a lot! thanks
