Can someone tell me where can i get a r63b emulator and its sql.
and what compatible swf and cms can i use.
Because i can't find one, I tried searching on rz can't find one

I would heavily recommend not using R63B unless you know the language its coded in, or the crypto it uses. IMO, use Phoenix 3.0 until Sierra/RevEMU comes out.
