[HELP] R63B Client Issues [HELP]

Hey Guys,
I'm new to R63B and I don't know much about fixes. As far as I know I've tried everything. But maybe you guys have a sharper eye. Any advice or help is greatly appreciated. Thank you ahead of time!

So my two main problems with the client is,

1. Black client immediately
2. Everything loads up but the % stays at 76% and the loader bar keeps loading, then restarting.

I'm using, all from Sulake.cc,

• PlusEMU (BOON)
• Boon SWFs
• HabExtra CMS for now

** Where I write MYIP, MYPASSWORD, MY HOTEL, and MYID, I have filled out on my end**
CLIENT:

For chrome click the 3 bars then developer tools then console click preserve log then reload client page

There appears to be nothing at all there apart from ILLEGAL parts check your links to the SWF folder also remove error reporting from the config file as that's only going to cause problems.
