Yes, I Have Tried With The Outbound Rules Adding Port 80 to TCP And Naming It Apache And Allowing it Then i go to my router go To Applications & Gaming And Portfoward port 80 After that i go to canyouseeme check port 80 and it says Connection Timed Out

Im Using a Toshiba 64 Bit Labtop
