[HELP] Port Forward and sub-domain Issue[HELP]

Hey guys,
I'd like to have a sub-domain for my retro and if I search for my IP adress and put it on the adress bar then press enter. Well, then there appears my Modem login stuff... And if I put my IP on the sub-domain it doesnt link to my hotel but to the modem.

I really got a problem with port forwarding.. Can anyone help me?

I know how to port forward. But I've a problem, if i surf to my IP my hotel doesnt appear but my Modem Login page.
