I am buying a vps this month. It is going to be a windows vps and it comes with remote desktop but the question i have is how to transfer your already made habbo retro over to your server

Really no way to "Transfer A Premade retro to new server" you could just upload the files of the retro to something like mega and then on new vps setup iis or xampp and setup old files on new vps

Okay thanks and because i am using xampp at the moment will i need it for my vps

you will need xampp or IIS if i was you i would use IIS cause its wayyy better. Theres tuts for that in the tutorial section

Download IIS and upload your retro files online and download it onto the vps? For db you need to select all tables and dump sql.

Dump the database, and copy the files over.
