I'm pretty sure you're missing the MYSQL connector, and I wouldn't prefer that emulator.

Ok i got the emb to load but now i just dont know what to upload to my phpmyadmin

You must make a Database, CAll whatever you want to match in Config.php, Then upload the .SQL file from the EMU package

You need to edit the configuration, which can be found within the "bin" folder I believe.
