The logo shouldn't be too hard to fix. Neither the colors, you just need basic css knowledge. Go into the CSS files and find anything related to the logo/colors you wish to change, and change it. The news problem have been posted threads about before so you might find information in older threads.

1. You could either make a smaller logo. or 2. You could learn basic CSS and edit the CSS to fit your logo + colors better.

3. I could alternatively do it for you, but only if you post the css file in [ code ] tags.
