I already port forwarded but something comes out wrong and it wont let me go to my retro

What router do you have?

Try going to the following URL, and try to find something about ports:

You must be registered for see links

Also, make sure to turn off your firewall.

How do i turn off my firewall settings off? ive been trying to find out how? I have a windows vista!

You should be able to search for your firewall in the search box, and turn it off once it pops up. If not, Google it.
