[HELP]Phoenix Emulator not working [HELP]

I am posting this through my VPS now, I have a problem, when I go to enter my client, it loads but then it says:
Exception has been saved.

This is the exceptions file:

You must be registered for see links

then when I go back to my webpage, it says disconnected.

Help?

I have opened the required ports, but it still does not work.

I think I have configured it correctly.

Did you allow the ports? It says
"TCPListener.OnRequest"
I have never seen this error before so check to make sure you setup your IIS/Xampp correctly and allowed the ports and have a MySQL connector

Have you opened the ports? I will not have time to check this out but I can maybe get you some help from some intelligent people:

I've had the same exceptions and it's because I've messed around with deleting and adding things so you may want to check that first.
