[Help] Phoenix Commands not working

Hey! I am using Phoenix v3.11.0, i have everything working but some commands are not working such as :makesay :control :roll and etc. I am not sure why but they are both in database and chathandler, anyone has any idea how to fix this? Thanks! Regards, Janzeer.

Sorry forgot to add, I have already done that too. Having those commands in chat handler database and permission_ranks, it's 1 but I still can't use those commands.

Check your rank in the users table and check your permission_ranks if this is a older version of phoenix there could be a glitch where you either have mod tools and get everything or you don't have mod tools and get nothing, if so I would suggest upgrading.

My rank is 7, I have got mod tool partially nothing. Anyways what would you suggest got an upgrade? I tried GTE but it didn't go pretty much well with V10 downfall cata, if you were going to suggest GTE then which cata would you recommend? Thanks.

I use GTE with Jess Catalog , its nice and easy to edit (as all catalogs pretty much are)

Phoenix v3.11.0 currently don't have rave, control, makesay, etc. Upgrading to GTE will give you a lot of commands needed.
