I followed a tutorial on here some one made and the hotel works perfectly fine for me. BUT when someone else tries to get on it doesn't even load the webpage. They are connected via Hamachi and that is working fine. I have allowed ports in firewall. I can't really think of anything else. Thank you

Information: If it helps anybody trying to fix the error, here is what you need to know:
Using port 8080 I believe;
XAMPP is on a USB;
They type in the IP and it doesn't bring up the index.
