[Help] Object not found

Hey DevBest. I'm very new here, and I've been busy setting up my own R63, or however you'd call it. Point is; i want to make a habbo retro hotel, but i'm not succeeding. I tried to follow a Dutch tutorial on how to set this up, but I'm really stuck here. Whenever i head to localhost it shows me a message in the lines of "Object not found".

I have NO idea as to what I'm doing wrong

Some details:

• I'm trying to host this on my own machine using XAMPP 5.6.38-0 for Mac OS X
• I already port-forwarded (this should not be relevant)
• I'm certain that I followed every single one of the tutorial's steps
• When using a computer application (Sequel Pro) to connect to my MySql database using the EXACT details that I used in my htdocs configs it works perfectly finefine
