[Help] Obbo Emu Flagged?

Hello , well i set my cms up with xoa cms v3 , and obboemu so i got it all working then i connect and it says connection from my ip , then says connection not saved then it says flagged ,

this could be a session ticket error or even just the simple change clothes fix

I've had a look at this guys TV, checked the system config, the dcrs, changing the clothes, debugging the emu, still comes up with the same error

Ehh it says when i load session ticket error so that might be it but how do i fix?

Go to db, and reset your sso ticket. Or just empty our your users table, and cms_users, and make a new account, good luck!

Ehh i empted my users table out and then made a new account
but it still flags me? how to you resert your sso ticket in phpmyadmin?
