[Help Needed] Housekeeping

So, here's the issue, I loaded up my housekeeping but the following screenshot's coming up, someone help me fix this thing or if possible please provide a CMS which supports housekeeping thanks!

try clearing image cache

Well it's just the dash, yeah a styling issue too but the thing is when I click on the sub-headings after clicking on the _ near the Dashboard heading the buttons don't do anything.
