As I can see you must be running on Phoeni Emulator, maybe revcms?

Well if you are go into server_settings or something and edit it, the last option is something like secure something, change that from 0 to 1.

It should and I meant from 1 to 0 as it allows revCMS and your emulator to connect.

yey i found a video on youtube with the same prblem its in a diff language but follow the steps and it should work
