I check my ports online it says this:

How can i fix this please?

Not true. Anyone who's on your network, knows your computer by this IP. It's an internal IP address. But it is true, that people that is not connected to your network only can connect using you external IP (remote address).

To get your remote IP address, you can use WhatIsMyIP as Weed suggested.

well ive just googled around. and found a port checker they both said success on the program i think its worked im not sure?
can you check this ip in minecraft quickly for me?

it lets me on?
you dont have to play just conect and see if it lets you in?
if it does ill be so happy?

It let's you on because it's your LAN address.

It will not work for anyone else.

Your remote IP address is NOT 192.168.1.65. You have to go in to

You must be registered for see links

to get your remote IP address and test against that. This is also the IP you have to share to people you wan't to join your Minecraft server - not 192.168.*.* one.
