I got Mercury Emulator v2.3 (because I couldn't find a working download for v3.2) and when I start it, I get this error:

I'm nearly positive I set everything up correctly, but I could always be wrong. Everything else works (CMS loads, register works, etc) I just can't get the emulator to load. Anyone have any ideas?
