[HELP] Mercury Emulator v2.3 [HELP]

I believe I have set up everything perfectly, however, when starting the emulator nothing loads. It doesn't even connect to the database.
This is all that is displayed:

I would be grateful for anyone's help who can proceed to get the client working!
If needs be, more information will be provided.
