I want to encrypt a file Habbo.swf For not stealing and, I want a file that works on my game only

Not possible, but you can use an uncommon directory and obfuscate it within the client- however this doesn’t make it entirely safe from being stolen, it only makes it more difficult.

Is Possible, Host the swf file from a free cpanel server, and then source it in your client.php and close the directory from being downloaded (Your cpanel providor can help with that)

Personally probably easier to host your whole gamefolder externally,
