Help me with hotel

I just followed Kyle's r63b hotel and i made it through all the steps ect but now when i go to my hotel url it just comes up with this

Extract/move the contents out of the "CMS" folder into the root directory.​

Where is the root directory, i know where the cms folder is because you have to delete all the htdocs stuff then put the cms folder in, but where is root directory to place the cms folder sutff in?

The root directory is htdocs so basically you move everything straight out of the CMS folder into htdocs don't move the CMS in with the folder though it needs to look similar to this.​
