Help me setup a retro

Hey so I'm desperately trying to setup a retro for me and friends to chill on. Each guide I keep finding is extremely out of date with broken links etc.
The system which the server supports is Windows Server 2012.
Please help with some sorta updated guide lol

The basics don’t change, setting up and resources are different.

Use an IIS tutorial with new release links?
HabboFiles.com has the emulator, DB and SWF’s

learn how to setup the retro first. then once you know how to do it on your own then u can worry about updating it with the latest furni and stuf
