or if u know another way to make localhost public, plz share!

No something more better If your trying to run a R63 retro or V26 i don't think you can use webs i've never tryed it but its not really a thing that would be used for more popular retros today. Could you try useing something else? I've been seeing this thing on TV Called Godaddy.com its a Web,Domain, and Something else site you can try that out. and if things don't work i can send you a free webhost.
