[Help] Linux Emulator [HELP]

i had a linux vps [Centos 6]
but i can't open .exe emulators
can someone help me...

Linux cannot open .exe, you need a windows vps to do that

there maybe some, but the major ones, like phoenix are only .exe which Linux can not open
