[Help] Java not working

I'm trying to start java on my server, I've put it into my "system path" yet java -version doesn't work.
I've downloaded and installed java 7u7 SE both x64 and x86, not at the same time obviously.
Disabled my firewall, restarted machine but no help.
here's the error:

You must be registered for see links

I'm trying to run the latest bukkit server.


Any help is greatly appreciated

I literally love you, installing C++ worked didn't try doing the other thing

If you install C# 2010, jline works.

I did that when I purchased my VPS.

I reinstalled java, only this is a 64bit version and now it stopped working, again.
any help?
