Let the user re-login on your website, then try the client again. The CMS shall update the ip_last on your database and it would match on emulator so that he/she can enter the database.

This Normally Happens With Cracked.
To Fix It Go To Your Database > Server Settings > Look For Secure Sessions > Change It To 0,
Reload Emu
Relog
Open Client
Bam DOne
