I've got this problem for over a year now. I never ever succeeded to change my IP succesfully and the person who is able to do this will be seen as my hero. Honestly, guys, It's just a few minutes if you know what to do. But certainly, I don't. I'd like to contact you via TeamViewer if possible. I would be very pleased if it is someone legendary who can help me out.

Not for 24 hours, once it's disconnected and re-connected the ip automatically changes, no need to wait 24 hours.

That local ip never changes it's always "127.0.0.1".
So, don't worry it's not a problem.

No what he wants to do it is diffrent hence why I said 24 hours he needs the external ip or w/e it is called changed.

Your router chnages your IP on its own after a few months if not you have to connect your internet provider, Mine use to be 199.168.52.54 now its 197.211.57.69

Once disconnected and reconnected the ip changes not after few months, and it's not so wise to give out your ip to public.

Nah thats not my IP Lol that was when I was with Bell Internet Phone and TV lol. its an example

The way I got my IP changed is, I gave my IP to a friend which Ddoss'ed it for me.
My internet cut out for about 5 minutes and then went back online, I asked if he had stopped and he said no, I checked my IP and it had change.
But, it depends who your ISP is.
