It's somthing that seems easy enough. Do you have the CMS Name and version so I could have more infomation?

Right, Sorry for long delay was at home. Look in your images folder and look for your current logo: "logo.gif" ect..

He said enough, look in your htdocs > images > and look for logo.png, logo.jpg, logo.gif, or any other thing.
Replace that logo and make sure it has the same extension.

No its not called "logo" ..
