If I host my habbo retro on my VPS, will I need to buy a domain?

Yeah, if you don't want it hosted on a domain, you can make the IP your domain.

Yes you can, however you will be exposing your IP i'd suggest you buy a domain and a proxy.

You can get domains for really cheap... £1 even.

If you dont wanna spend money just use a .zapto.org domain or .tk

Like StreetMoney said, if you don't want to buy a domain, go on noip.com and set up a free domain on there

You dont have to have a domain, You'll just access your hotel using your remote IP displayed at the top of your VPS, I reccomend going to dot.tk and fowarding a free .tk domain to your ip address, You dont even have to sign up, and you'll have a website.tk domain. Hope this helps!

I've changed all localhost to my VPS IP but now it just redirects me too "Default Website Page"?
