[Help] I Need Help With DeltaCMS [Help]

I know DevBest doesn't really talk about DeltaCMS, but I was wondering if someone can help me with about 2 things.

1: I need help setting up SWF's. Everyone has been showing me download links for some and telling me how to have prehosted ones, but no one has told me how to SET UP SWF's!


2: I KINDA need help setting up a URL for my hotel. I am using Hamachi at the moment, so I need help making a URL.

People have been telling me links and what not for these 2 things, but no one has told me how to SET THEM UP!
I'll post screenies if you need me to!

Its not an oldschool hotel.
I'm using DeltaCMS.
I'm using Hamchi, because I can't get a VPS yet.
So, If you're not going to help, I don't see why you keep commenting on this.
I'll find someone ELSE to actually HELP me.
