You can't really give a tutorial on how to make a maintenance layout. For starters what program do you use? and how good are you in it?

My suggestion to you is getting familiar with the program you use and progress from there. Search Youtube, might help you alot.

I would suggest learning HTML & CSS from w3schools then using microsoft notepad, start coding what you've learnt.

I think its habboemotion that has loads of different templates
