How to find file that enable / disable enable 102 or 178 in the emulator?

how to find file that enable / disable effect staff in the emulator?

Open devtools and then tab network. Clear the list and then execute command. It will show the requested SWF file from the command.
Arcuturs morningstar for example uses Staff.swf for effect 102.

I was going to reply, So are you looking for how to edit the permissions of that command?? if you already have the command enabled to :enable 0 to remove it from above your head, but if you want to edit the permissions for the command try the table special_effects for arcturus

If you want to change the :enable 102 look WWWROOT/SWF/GORDON/PRODUCTION/staff.swf

Still depends on which emulator you are running. It can be different swf file depending on the emulator if I can remember correctly
