[HELP] How to add/edit weapons in my RP

I have visual studios set up not sure if I need it though. I have put the weapons into rp_weapons in the database but it doesn't put them in-game for example it doesn't let me equip them. Tried to update weapons in-game with the command still didn't work.

You don't need VS to edit something on the mysql server.
What emu you using and any mysql error logs?
