Anyone know how to fix these?

For the first one, go to the database, system_config and change it there, for second on, I see allot of people having that error with xampp 1.7.4, I recommend using 1.7.1.

The first one worked but I still get the errors on the second image.

I can read, I switched to Xampp 1.7.1 and still got the same errors...

Use a webhost, worked for me.
