[Help] Hamachi IP Public?

Well i have my PHPretro all setup with my hamachiIP connecting to the website but
people cant connect even if there in my hamachi network

ive tryed portforward didnt work
ive tryed turning firewall off still didnt work

any ideas?

go into phpmyadmin and system_config and change the ip to your hamachi ip

Yeah my hamachi is always open and ill try that phpmyadmin thing

i did the phpmyadmin still dont work

and i start EMU but when i click enter hotel everything loads but when it loads the hotelview it just disconnects there ?
