HELP. Furniture to item base converter

I remember last time there is a little program that allow us to convert furniture sql (r63) to items_base (r63b) but i cant seem to find it anywhere and the php code for the converter needs a lower version of xampp but i don't really wish to restart everything again.
Note: Yes converting may be easy for u but i suck so badly and im just playing around with my retro and would love to learn more.

Personally I have never seen one before you might be able to run a backup and if the columns line up open it in notepad or something look for the table values and replace them with r63b values
