Hi, I'm new and I really want to make a habbo retro, can someone make one for me I'll make them an owner?
I don't understand all that stuff you need to do to create one and I'm hoping for a good retro. Thank you x3 Hoping for the best ;]

It's not programming.. more of coding and the knowledge to follow a simple tutorial. But go for this, and those are the requirements if you want to have a retro.

One, You Don't Need Money. Some People Don't Wanna Host Them On A VPS, They Host On PC (which i think is a dumb idea) But It's Not A Requirement. But Yes, You Do Need Coding Knowledge For When Your Editing Your Pages (me.php , config.php) All That.
