Help for an italian project

Hi guys, thanks for reading my topic.
I'm a founder of an important old italian retro that unfortunatelly I had to close for a lot of reasons. Now, i just want my hotel back in a new version but i really need help for 3-4 fixes in the emulator.

I've a nice emu and I fixed a little bit of things but i'm not very nice with c#, i'm still at the beggining and so i hope someone could help me.
