It's not that

I had the same problem , it's the database u probably got BCstorm compatible with Phoenix ... that CMS is not based on that one....

I had my CMS on BCstorm and had the same problem .. Then i did it back on a standard phoenix Database and it works.
If u want to keep ur database u need a new CMS.
