[Help] Error php ???

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING or '(' in E:\usbwebserver\root\global.php on line 22

I don't know how to fix it , but i know this problem is in global.php .......anyway, i didn't change anything code source in there..............

And i started successful Phoenix 3.7.1 , wait to fix this problem ^^" anyone help pls, thanks !
