Help! client reloading on this computer only

I am using another computer and it kept on showing this error, however when i am using my other computer it is working fine. I even try switching browser.

I don't know what you're looking at but check your external variables and database make sure the IP is not set it localhost or 127.0.0.1 and set to the domain IP and the client is set to the proxy/domain IP.

Done that, but its still happening . This happen to some users too. When they enter client it reload. However there are some user who work fine.
