(help) Client Not Connecting to EMU

hi i have an error, and its quite annoying really, all the settings work on Localhost, and i can enter the client and do all of that, but when i change my ip(localhost) to my acutaul ip it doesnt connect, and i dont kno whats happen, can anyone help?

I have TeamViewer.
