[Help] Client news : minimail

Hi there,

I was checking my client to see if everything works (r63 old crypto) but it seems to be that
client news and client minimails aren't...

If you don't know what I am talking about, this is what I mean:

When I click one of does, nothing happens except the fact that those two words appear in the top right corner:

Can someone help me please? Or does someone at least know where I can find those things to edit them myself?
