[HELP] Client is blank, not loading...

Hello everyone

I'm here with another question, after trying out some tutorials and different cms, I tried out

You must be registered for see links

which works great except the client is blank.
I also wonder if anyone has an english version of the cms?

I already checked the swf's and it doesn't seem to be the problem.. However I read somewhere I should change the Web-Build ?
Now here's my problem: I don't remember how and where to change this. So, anyone help?
