Its either:

1. Your vars don't quite match up

2. Your firewall is blocking the furni from downloading onto your client

3. Your SWFs suck

4. Clear your cache

Well my friend had the exact same problem, when he cleared his cache and enabled ports 80, 3306, 30000 and 30001 through his firewall, it worked fine
